In 2025, Cathy led the Affordable Childcare Now Coalition that successfully passed Travis County Prop A. This ballot measure for $75M in annual funding followed successful advocacy leveraging $15M in ARPA funding from the City & County. Cathy strives to support community members in building advocacy muscle leading to progress in policy and funding.
